Traveller security and safety have become important issues in recent times. Consequently we make it our business to raise awareness of potential risks and highlight appropriate safety measures wherever possible.
Personal Safety
Women now constitute almost half of business travelers. We are keen to ease the concerns of women traveling on business alone. Consequently where available, we will always advise of the following hotel and car hire safety facilities:
- Safety advice for businesswomen traveling in India , including recommendations for hotels that practice sound safety policies.
- Preference for hotels with women only floors. Alerting clients to any political unrest or issues of safety at their destination.
- Parking bays closer to hotel reception areas. Security controlled access to rooms etc.

Consideration
We always work to meet all personal preferences such as for aircraft seating or dietary requirements and aim to ensure that flight times and other scheduled plans allow maximum breathing space in between.

Where required, we can organize translation services to assist with visiting business associates in India and abroad. Equally, we can arrange for foreign language business cards to be printed ahead of meetings – for example, in the Far or Middle East. |
